Ordering on website was easy. Just make sure you are ordering single vision lenses. They don't do progressives which was not a problem for me. Customer service is good and they were courteous.

No complaints. Order arrived in good condition and acceptable time. A little more expensive than other sites, but at least they had the product. Other sites didn't have any remaining inventory of the product but still posted on the website.
