QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Questions about Ray Ban RX7025 Eyeglasses
My old glasses had Crizal. Wondering if you have this lens.
We offer the Crizal Avancé UV. It reduces glare, resists scratches and smudges to protect the lenses, repels dust and water for clearer vision and less frequent cleaning and has UV protection to block the UV lights. The Crizal Avancé UV is available in our premium package.
Can you ship an order within 24 hours after it was placed?
The processing time is for the process of getting the item from supplier's warehouse and waiting it to be delivered to us so we may ship to our customers. We do not have items on hand, all our items are coming from our supplier's warehouse so availability of an item changes everyday with the supplier. If item is available, standard processing time for frame only is 4 business days.
What will be included with the order?
All orders will have the brand case and a cleaning cloth. We will send to customers everything that we receive from the manufacturer.
Are these originals and do you accept returns?
We only sell 100% original and brand new items and we have all the original invoices and receipts from a licensed distributor which can confirm authenticity. Please open the link below for more information regarding the return policy. Returns for refund are subjected for 15% restocking fee. A return for exchange will be charged $9.95 for restocking/shipping fee. Lenses are non-refundable. https://www.glassesonweb.com/kb/policies/return-policy
Do you have a coupon? Can I use my insurance to pay?
The prices that we have on the website are already the maximum discounted prices that we can offer and mostly lower than any retail store. We apologize but we do not have available promo codes at the moment. We apologize but we do not work directly with any insurance company. But order comes with an itemized invoice that can be used for your reimbursement but you need to check with your insurance if that applicable.
I want to know if this is real and authentic.
Yes, this frame is 100% Authentic and came directly from Luxottica. The frames we sell, never been on display, brand new, and come directly from the manufacture. You will receive everything that comes from manufacture including case, box, all the certificated and accessories if any (Not like in the retail stores when you usually get the frame and the case with cleaning cloth and the rest is disposed)
How are your prices so much cheaper than of retail stores?
We are only an online store, we do not have physical store that is one of the reasons why we can offer low prices. We also do not need a large profit margin. If compared to local stores, they spend too much on overhead cost.
I'm wondering if you can price match?
We can price match if other sites price are not below our cost. Product must be the exact same brand, color, size, and style, and sold by an authorized U.S. dealer. (Amazon.com, Ebay.com, and other auction sites, are excluded). You may send the link to our email address so we may check if can price match.
Is the anti reflective the same as the anti-glare?
Yes! Anti-glare or AR (Anti-reflective) coating is need to reduce eye strain. Because it is an optical coating applied to the surface of lenses. It virtually eliminate reflection and glare from your lenses helping your vision to be clearer and sharper, resulting in less need to strain and focus hard to see.
Does it have spring hinges?
The frame has standard hinges (or barrel hinges). These hinges work similarly to door hinges and are one of the oldest types of hinges found on glasses. Standard hinges are made up of barrels that fit into each other with a small xxxx that slides into the middle to keep the barrels in place. This allows the frame arms to move in and out while still keeping them firmly attached to the frame front.

To ensure your frames fit perfectly, first determine which size frames are best for you. The best place to start is with the eyeglass measurements on a pair you already own.
First, search for the three little numbers on the inside of the temple of your glasses. Some may also refer to this section as the "arm" of your glasses. These three numbers are the frame's measurements.

From left to right, these eyeglass measurements appear in the following order:

  1. Lens Width
  2. Bridge Width
  3. Temple Length

Sometimes a fourth number will be noted on the arms, which is your lens height. Keep in mind that all of these measurements are in millimeters.

Lens Width

This is the horizontal width of each lens at its widest point. It typically ranges from 40mm to 60mm.

Bridge Width

This is the distance between your two lenses. In short, the bridge width is the space where your frames fit against your nose. The size of this piece ranges from 14mm to 24mm.

Temple (Arm) Length

This is the length of the temple from each screw to its temple tip, including the bend that sits on your ear. The temple is typically 120mm to 150mm long.
