DOMESTIC SHIPPING

There is no minimum order. All DOMESTIC orders ( continental USA do not include ALASKA and HAWAII ) are qualified for a FREE Standard shipping by USPS.All orders are shipped with the tracking #

STANDARD USPS shipping ( please allow 4-6 business days for the delivery coast to coast shipping time may vary depending on the state ) ----- FREE
PO Boxes - PO Box, APO orders sent via USPS First Class - shipping time 3-9 business days ---- FREE
UPS GROUND ( please allow 4-6 business dasy for the delivery ) --- $4.95
EXPEDITED 3 DAY shipping ( delivery withing 3 business days ) --- $16.95
EXPEDITED 2 DAY shipping ( delivery withing 2 business days) ---- $23.95

*IMPORTANT: Please note by selecting the expedited shipping option you can not expedite the processing time. Standard processing time for instock orders of frames and sunglasses only ( no prescription ) is 2-4 business days ( unless advised otherwise). Prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses processing time is 5-8 business days ( unless advised otherwise). Custom made orders can take upt 10 business days to complete.

All interantional orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International - shipping time varies from 10-15 business days

* Shipping Time displayed above represents the number of business days after dispatch from our shipping facility. Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.
** International shipping times do not include any unforeseen customs delays. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs bureau for information on customs duties and/or limitations.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Every order has two parts to its timeline:

Processing Time – preparing your order before shipping
Shipping Time – delivery by the courier once the package has left our facility

Processing Time

Processing depends on whether you order frames only or frames with prescription lenses.

Frames Only

In Stock (our warehouse): If the frame is in our stock, orders placed before 1:00 PM EST ship the same day; otherwise, they ship within 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends).
From Manufacturer (in stock): If we don’t have the frame but the manufacturer does, it usually takes 2–4 business days for us to receive it, and we ship the same day it arrives.
From Manufacturer (backorder): If the manufacturer doesn’t have the frame in immediate stock, it is placed on backorder. Delivery to us may take up to 2 weeks (sometimes longer), depending on availability. We place the order right away to secure your frame in their next shipment.

Frames with Prescription Lenses

Processing includes both obtaining the frame and laboratory time for lens production.

Single Vision Lenses

Standard prescriptions: usually ready in 1–3 business days.
Out-of-range prescriptions: may take an extra day, as these lenses are custom-surfaced to your exact specifications.

Progressive Lenses

All progressive lenses are custom-made and require multiple steps performed in sequence.
Depending on the coatings selected (anti-reflective, blue light, Transitions, etc.), production typically takes 5–7 business days.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on several factors, including the courier, the service you select at checkout, your location, and sometimes even weather conditions.
