We do not work directly with insurance companies. Most of the insurance companies consider GlassesOnWeb as an out-of-network provider. That means you purchase eyeglasses first, then you submit reimbursement form (provided by your insurance company) together with itemized invoice (witch you will receive from GlassesOnWeb) and get paid direcly from your insurance company.

We recommend that you check with your insurance provider for your out-of-network benefits eligibility before completing and order on our website.

You can get your  purchase reimbursed by your insurance provider if qualified. Please contact your insurance provider for eligibility and to obtain the correct form.
HSA/FSA

    FSA/HSA funds can be used to purchase prescription eyewear and/or frames.
    FSA/HSA funds can be used whether you have vision insurance or not.

Can I use my FSA/HSA  to purchase eyewear on GlassesOnWeb.com?

If you have an FSA/HSA debit card, you can enter that card's information at check-out, just like you would a normal credit card. If you do not have an FSA/ HSA debit card, you will have to make your purchase using another credit card and file for the reimbursement directly from your provider. Most providers will require you to submit a reimbursement form along with an itemized receipt or invoice (which will be included with your package).
