She plays the part of a regular office worker, who rides the bus, drinks from the water cooler and watches cat videos from work. "I had a very definitive idea of what I wanted this video to be," Swift said.
On the other hand, the country/pop singer also mentioned that her new album will be different from what she has done so far. She declared to the press that the new album is "about achieving contentment," and that she is a song writer most of all, using her voice just to get the lyrics across.
Her music aside, Taylor has a keen eye for fashion. We loved her in her cute Topshop trench coat and Prada sunglasses - a classic black outfit of timeless beauty.

The following year, the singer started moving to the pop sector of music, and she gained worldwide recognition when playing and singing in Coyote Ugly in 2000 - the hit single Can't fight the moonlight was a "Favorite Song from a Movie" at the Blockbuster Entertainment Awards. LeAnn's latest album, Ladies & Gentlemen, has barely made it to number 32 on the Billboard 200 chart this year.
LeAnn recently stated: "I've gone through it all, at a very young age. But I think one of my base accomplishments is that I have been able to handle it very well. Trust me I have my moments, but I've been doing it so long. I've been one of the very few who have come through as a true artist on the other side of the child star kind of thing. I'm prouder of my work than I've ever been. I'm coming into my own as a true artist and not just a little girl with a big voice."
LeAnn has been spotted wearing a pair of Prada PR62LS sunglasses, with a loose top and a small handbag. For more Prada sunglasses, check our calalogue!
Oct 17, 2011 Prada Fall-Winter 2011 Collection The Fall-Winter collection from Prada for 2011 was inspired by the 60s, with above the knee skirts, drop waist and calf boots patch-worked from a combination of suede, snake-skin and others. The collection was accessorized with small clutches and huge statement sunglasses.
Everything is unusual about these sunglasses: their size, their resemblance with skiing glasses, their combination with elegant clothes or with the funky faux-fur hats that are tied under the chin. Moreover, the colors are not usual either, with shades of nude, mustard and olive. You've seen this type of sunglasses not only on the runway, but also in the Prada ad campaign for this season. Strangely enough, these sunglasses are not available for sale on the Prada website or anywhere else - they're just a symbol, a statement.

Oct 13, 2011 How to spot fake Prada sunglasses Fake Prada sunglasses are a fact, whether we like it or not. Like any designer goods, these are being copied in dozens of countries and ways. In order to stay away from those fakes, here is are some tips from the connoisseurs.
Authentic Prada sunglasses have a certain font, which can be spotted by looking at the letter R from the logo. This should have a crescent, curved indention in the leg of the letter. One of the inner temple arms should hold the following information: the model number, the sunglasses dimension, and the color code. The sunglasses should come with a Prada box, sunglasses case, cloth, authenticity card and care book. However, some of these may be missing even with original Prada sunglasses, that being the reason why the price is more affordable.

Their price is a convenient $167, which is 24% cheaper than you can find anywhere else. These glamorous sunglasses will make you feel like a star if you pair them with heels, a dress or skirt and some pretty jewelry. And they go even better with lace - it matches the frame texture!
Oct 10, 2011 Nina Dobrev in Prada sunglasses Nina Dobrev is one of the idols of the young generation, especially known for the role of Elena Gilbert / Katherine Pierce in The Vampire Diaries. The 22-year old is not only a talented actress, but also a pretty face. Accordingly, she was bound to be featured on the cover of Teen Vogue - and it happened this year in April.
The spread in the fashion magazine shows her as a young, playful and chic woman, who lounges by the pool, makes soap bubbles and drives a cool car. Dressed in summer brights, Nina is trendy and cute. Our favorite picture, though, has to be the one where Nina is fixing her lipstick in the car mirror - she's wearing a yellow dress and a pair of Prada sunglasses from the Minimal Baroque collection. The white and blue shades look sophisticated and they suit the setting perfectly.

If you haven't seen the latest episode of the show, you've missed seeing Dianna with pink hair, piercings and leather jackets! And that's something to see, given that she's not like that all in real life.
How is she in real life? The actress has been spotted with her cute boyfriend Sebastian Stan, while wearing a baby blue printed dress from Anthropologie and her Prada PR 28NS sunglasses. Although bold in style, the sunglasses fit her perfectly!

Sep 28, 2011 Classy Prada sunglasses If you think about it, all Prada sunglasses are classy. But what strikes us about this particular pair is that they can work on various occasions, like for example a red carpet event, a cocktail party, a chic shopping spree with your friends or a brunch at a Parisian cafe. They look like the kind of sunglasses that you can imagine on Audrey Hepburn, Sarah Jessica Parker and Elle Fanning just as well. The sunglasses in question, Prada PR 04NS, can be purchased for $167, and are a classic example of Prada sunglasses with lots of class.
These Prada sunglasses are oversized, with a round-to-oval shape and metallic elements on the temples. Some of the colors available are the tortoise pictured above, powder gradient brown, white and black, all classic sunglasses colors that can be mixed and matched with ease.
Sep 22, 2011 Round oversized Prada sunglasses There's something about oversized sunglasses that our generation can't get enough of. We've seen oversized sunglasses at all the major designers in the past years, regardless of the season and other trends. And because we can't seem to get enough of them, here is a wonderful pair from Prada.

One of her latest purchases is what makes her proud: a pair of Prada sunglasses from the Minimal Baroque collection.
The sunglasses are round, with baroque details on the temples, and they come in black, white and havana. Beatrice chose them in black, as they go with anything. Some of the combinations worn by Beatrice include a pretty, yellow vintage dress with mary-janes, a head-piece and a structured bag; a 60s inspired dress from Modcloth with Salvatore Ferragamo shoes, lots of handmade jewelry and an Asos bag; a floral dress with floral accessories; a scotties-print dress and a floral headband etc. As you can see, these sunglasses are less pretentious than expected, and they look well with everyday-outfits. You can see more details about the shades on the Prada website.
Sep 19, 2011 Prada PR 09NS sunglasses Many things can be said about Prada, but you can never say that they lack imagination. Whether it's apparel or accessories, the brand brings innovation in design and techniques that few other brands bring to the table. We have to thank Miuccia Prada for that! The Prada PR09NS are part of the same category: good looking with a twist, great quality that even your children will appreciate some day.
The shades are oversized and rounded, except for the upper corners, which are angular. They're like a combo between round and cat-eye sunglasses. The arms are thin, with the tip being the same color as the actual frames. Some of the colors available are black (in the picture), "cigar gradient bottle" (a combo of nude and blue-gray) and gradient pink (a very feminine and sweet model). You can get these intriguing shades for $198, and wear them with the most conservatory outfits as well as with the funkiest ones.
Sep 15, 2011 Prada sunglasses at Fashion Week You probably know it's Fashion Week in New York - all the blogs are posting runway photos of the spring-summer 2012 collections. But what is even more interesting at Fashion Week is street fashion: what do the guests wear? Whether it's Anna Wintour, some actress, models off duty or an unknown fashionista, these people dress their best for the most fashionable event of the year. And the photographers always keep their eyes (and lens!) open.
Spotted today at Fashion Week is Preetma Singh, editorial intern at Vogue U.S. A great fan of Prada, she is wearing both shoes and sunglasses from the brand. All this combined with a fashionable mixture of prints, red and white floral on the shirt, blue and purple florals on the skirt. The Edie Parker clutch and the blue nailpolish are the perfect accessories to this look!

The Prada sunglasses that Preetma is wearing are part of the Minimal baroque series, the deluxe models. Preetma is wearing them in navy and white, and we have to say they look spectacular. Plus, there's probably no better event to show these off than Fashion Week!

Sep 12, 2011 Get the look: Mischa Barton Mischa Barton has made the best dressed lists on several occasions. The young actress/model (25) has set an example for girls from all over the world, after becoming famous for the role in The OC. She collaborated with Asos.com in 2008 for a collection of handbags and in 2010 she became the face of Philipp Plein couture.
She's such a fashionable girl, that we thought you'd like to try out one of her looks. She's been spotted wearing a white t-shirt with a detachable bead necklace, along with silver bangles and Prada shades. Let's see how you can get a similar look:
We decided upon a shirt with black details, silver bangles from Antik Batik Noumea and burgundy nail polish. You could wear this with skinny jeans and heels or with shorts and boots. The sunglasses that Mischa is wearing are Prada's 54IS, which you can get immediately by clicking here, for $198, at least 24% cheaper than Mischa paid!
Sep 8, 2011 Celebrities in Prada Sunglasses It's usually embarrassing for celebrities to be seen wearing the same item as one of their fellow-celebrities, but what can you do - some pieces are just too good not to get! Like, for example, the Prada PR 18is sunglasses: oversized, butterfly shaped and particularly popular among the celebrities!
Reality-show star Kim Kardashian is wearing the Prada sunglasses casually, during the day, with jeans and a black tank top, a scarf and a headband. Former Beverly Hills 90210 actress Tori Spelling wears them with pigtails and a blue top. Kate Hudson and Isla Fisher use these large shades to cover their faces and get some peace and quiet away from the press.
The list is not over yet! The fabulous Gwen Stefani is wearing the same Prada PR 18is with a strapless tank top and her signature platinum blond hair and read lipstick. More natural looking, singer Rihanna is wearing these shades with large hoop earrings and her short do.
Sep 7, 2011 Katy Perry in Prada Sunglasses The story of Katy Perry began 27 years ago, when she was born in California. Her first album was gospel and it wasn't successful at the time. However, she didn't give up and she was signed with Capitol Music Group in 2007. One year later, she finally became famous with her hit single "I kissed a girl". She says she's been musically influenced by such artists as Alanis Morissette, Freddie Mercury, Joan Jett, Cindy Lauper and Shirley Manson of Garbage.
Her music became successful when she added a story to it: choreography, lyrics, costumes. Now that she's known for her dress style, Katy can afford wearing extravagant pieces here and there, like these Prada sunglasses pictured below:
Katy is wearing the Prada PR 19MS sunglasses in neon green - very trendy and cool. The contrasting dark lens look amazing with Katy's hair hue and the frames look funky against the pink lipstick. The sunglasses are also available in pink, black and havana brown - but we love the neons most! Get them here for yourself!
Sep 5, 2011 What to wear on Labor Day Nothing beats a day off! And as you can't spend it at home, you're definitely going to be looking for a great outfit to wear. Whether you go to a picnic or just out for lunch, here is a suggestion on what you can wear.
Since this day is all about fun, we mixed neutral pieces with red, cheerful ones. The Acne shorts are comfy but they look good, and we combined them with a one-shoulder top in the same color. A colorful necklace balances the dull-looking gray. The same goes for the Jeffrey Campbell boots, just a bit eccentric, but comfortable as can be because of the wedge. As for the sunglasses, we chose simple Pradas - the PR 25LS sunglasses in gloss black, available for $167. You can put on some tights and a parka if the weather isn't as warm as expected - it is the end of summer after all!
Sep 1, 2011 Prada Olive Aviators Aviator sunglasses usually have a thin metallic rim, but this doesn't mean that the rules can't be broken. Just the same, they're usually colored like metal - golden, silver or maybe bronze. The Prada PR09MS are an exception to both these rules, as you will see below. They're plastic and they're colorful! Do you like to break the rules? Check these out then!
Originally designed for men, these Prada aviators come in such lovely colors, that women will surely try them on, too: delicious olive and fabulous coral. However, the other colors available are as masculine as can be: gloss black, gray gradient and havana. For $155, these exquisite sunglasses can make their way into your wardrobe. Get them here! The modern design, the quality materials and the unusual color are what makes these shades so special.
Aug 31, 2011 Taylor Swift loves Prada And who doesn't love Prada? Among the celebrities spotted wearing their sunglasses, Taylor Swift is one of the youngest and cutest looking.
The 22-year-old singer started her career fifteen years ago, but only caught the eye of the public in 2006. With her girl-next-door looks and good voice, she became one of the most popular young pop-starts of the past years. She's also tried acting and modeling meanwhile, launched a look-alike doll and even a clothing line. A trendsetter among the young, Taylor has been spotted wearing the Prada PR18MS sunglasses, in a boho chic outfit. Worn with a strappy black dress with white deco motifs, brown leather accessories and a simple, long necklace, the sunglasses look better than ever.
The oversized, round sunglasses that Taylor owns in black, also come in blue gradient, tortoise/honey and violet gradient. You can get them here for $167, and try out Taylor's adorable look!
Aug 29, 2011 Prada Yellow Sunglasses Yellow sunglasses are rather an unusual choice – or so you would think, before last season. The color blocking trend in fashion was so huge, that it didn’t stop at clothing, handbags and shoes – all the other accessories were included as well, and if you don’t believe us, just check out these shades:
The Prada PR 08MS glasses in yellow make a great transitional piece: wear them in color blocking outfits in summer, and combine them with autumn colors for the next season. Yellow is the happiest and brightest of colors, so such a pair of glasses is sure to bring you a smile whenever you put them on.
And don’t be fooled into thinking that they’re difficult to match: yellow goes with almost anything, as long as you don’t mix too many colors in one look. Wear them with black and white, red, fuchsia, orange, brown, blue, green and anything with yellow prints! And if it’s the price you’re wondering about, that isn’t bad either: $167 right here!
Aug 25, 2011 Tobey Maguire for Prada Eyewear Fall Winter 2011 After debuting in The Twilight Zone TV series in 1988, Tobey Maguire's career slowly went up, until it exploded with the Spider Man series that made him the actor he is today. Everyone noticed that besides being so talented, he's also very handsome. But not until this fall has he been featured in a fashion ad.
The fashion ad in question is Prada's Fall-Winter 2011 campaign, which features a smartly dressed Tobey Maguire.
Not only does Tobey model for the clothing line, but also for Prada's eye-wear. He's looking sleek and mysterious in the shoot, with a smart casual appearance that fits him to his bones. Shot by world-famous photographer David Sims, the campaign was styled by Olivier Rizzo.
The Prada collection of sunglasses for men this fall offers variety and covers any style that one would be interested in: round and rectangular frames, full black or gradient lenses, full rim or rimless. No matter what style you like, count on Tobey to make it look even more appealing!
Aug 23, 2011 Prada Eyewear Fall-Winter 2011 Ad Campaign Nothing but the best for Prada's ad campaign: we've got models Frida Gustavsson, Kelly Mittendorf, Julia Zimmer, Dorte Limkilde, Hardin Ondria and Antonia Wesseloh, photographer Steven Meisel and stylist Melissa Klitzke-Rubini working together this fall. The results: spectacular, as expected. Has Miuccia Prada outdone herself?
Classic black and white sunglasses can be found, along with modern pastel frames in salmon and mocca. Oversized rounded frames are presented side by side with reclangular one, cat eye and even some incredibly large sunnies that would make good skiing goggles. Note should be made of the folding arms of the sunnies, which makes them easier to carry around and basically more portable.
Buttoned up à la Twiggy, the models have a sense of effortless sophistication, while the eye-wear suggests luxury and good taste. But more details about the fall collection in a future post!
Aug 23, 2011 Minimal Baroque What is “baroque”? It is a period in the history of art, characterized by tension, opulence and drama, the exaggeration of shapes and motion. What is “minimal baroque” then? It is a phrase based on opposite words, which Prada uses to define their latest - limited edition - sunglasses for women.
The deluxe models come in brown, black and cobalt blue, combined with white, which makes you think of parget, to a certain extent. They are distinguishable through their baroque ornamentations, which make them modern, as well as a bit out of this world.
Three talented illustrators, Ivo Bisignano, Marcela Gutierrez and Andrea Tarella, were given the chance to give their own interpretation on this line. The illustrations were presented at the end of the Milan and Beijing shows for SS 2011. Moreover, Prada later launched two more models from the Minimal Baroque line, together with a number of eight photographs by young artists, which were carefully selected in collaboration with Vogue Italia.
