most Hollywood unions—Demi’s kids with ex-husband Bruce Willis even referred to Ashton as “my other dad,” and Bruce was a good friend to the happy couple. Ash and Demi were even spotted at Bruce’s vacation home earlier this month, supposedly working on their marriage. Infidelity rumors began circulating in September and Ashton denied that he had cheated on the Misses with 22-year-old Sara Leal on his six-year wedding anniversary, but Leal’s already been on the cover of
US Weekly spilling her side of the story.
Yesterday Demi issued a public statement reading “It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton,” asking fans to offer the privacy and compassion they would give anyone going through a similar situation. Ashton inserted his two cents by Chiming “I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail.”
Ouch! Even so, Demi manages to look nothing less than stunning in these oversized square sunglasses.
