Hopefully third times the charm--Britney is getting married…again. Though it was main squeeze and former agent Jason Trawick's 40th b-day celebration, it was actually Britney who got the big surprise. While the pair sat down to a romantic dinner for his milestone birthday, he popped the question. The pop star posted on Twitter: "OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I've been waiting for. Can't wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! xxo." Seems that some of the media predictions that Brit would marry her boyfriend of two years in 2012 have apparently come true. She’s had a few different run-ins with the law, including being placed on house arrest after she was found guilty of stealing a necklace from a jewelry store. (LiLo pleaded no contest.)  Just this week she was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 400 hours of community service for violating her probation—Linds was playing hooky from the therapy sessions that were required by the court and she was kicked out of L.A.’s Downtown Women’s Center, where she was doing community service. Her new community service gig? The L.A. County Morgue. Officials from the sheriff’s department told one media outlet that she’ll likely only serve a few days in jail since misdemeanor inmates typically serve 20 percent of their sentence due to overcrowding, but if she skips out on community service and therapy this time around she’ll be arrested and sent to the slammer for 270 days. In the wake of the shocking emotional breakdown and a stint in rehab, 18-year-old Disney darling Demi Lovato finally broke her silence in the latest issue of Seventeen mag. She's also given herself a permanent reminder of her fans' support by getting the words "stay" and "strong" tattooed on her wrists. Beyonce has axed Daddy as her manager. According to her publicist, the Grammy-winning singer will no longer be managed by her father, Mathew Knowles, announced through a statement to The Associated Press. Beyonce stated that though they have parted ways on a business level, "I am grateful for everything he has taught me…he is my father for life and I love my dad dearly."  She didn't elaborate on what led to the split, but her father said in a separate AP statement that the decision was mutual. "Business is business and family is family. I love my daughter and am very proud of who she is and all that she has achieved. I look forward to her continued great success," he said. Mathew has managed all aspects of Beyonce's career since she debuted as a teen in the multiplatinum-selling group Destiny's Child in the late 1990s and throughout her superstar career as a solo artist. The Boss purchased the car in 1972 after he signed to Columbia Records. The singer/songwriter sold the car to a private buyer for $2,000 in 1976.
